Check-in/out

Check-In: from 4 p.m. (after 7 p.m. and during the weekend only self check-in)
Check-Out: until 11 a.m.
(Late check-out fee: CHF 60.-)

Our reception desk is open:
Monday to Friday: 3 p.m. – 7 p.m.

Sundays, sundays and official holidays our desk remains closed.

Guarantee/payment

As a guarantee, we will deposit your credit card details and debit the cost of your overnight stay 1-4 days before arrival. For bookings made with an invalid credit card, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation.

Cancellation policies

Individual reservation:

Up to 3 days before check-in: free cancellation
Within 2 days before check-in: 100% of the entire room charge

Group reservation (3 or more rooms) and reservations more then 5 nights:

Up to 20 days before check-in: free cancellation
20 to 10 days before check-in: 50% of entire room charge
Within 10 days before check-in: 100% oft he entire room charge

No show

In case of a no-show, the no-show fee is 100% of the entire room charge and will be charged to your credit card.

Smoke Free

All rooms and public spaces of Kalkbreite are smoke free. Guests who smoke in their room will be charged CHF 150.- as a cleaning fee.
